HAPPY EASTER!! Hello from Iraq! Yes, I finally made it. It has been a long (almost 5 months) experience. We spent a couple of weeks in Kuwait, and then made the big convoy 520+ miles to our final location in Northern Iraq. I haven't had internet access since the middle of February. Hello Everyone! and Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Army life goes on here......but, today we were released in time to watch the Super Bowl. (on a 13 inch screen with a lot of static in the picture...) I was glad that it was a good game too as it will have to last 2 years. Now that the Super Bowl is over, it is kind of quiet here. Which is kind of nice. Happy New Year from 'somewhere' in Washington state. For those of you that know me, I have been activated from the civilian sector to Active Duty in the Army for about 18 months. We are currently 'training up' to prepare for deployment from and undisclosed location. Life here is COLD.
